Free event for families to get outside, have fun, and explore an enjoyable destination!

University of Illinois Extension and DeKalb County Forest Preserve offer this free event for families to enjoy some wintertime fun.

Some activities include a nature wisdom hike to find clues and solve a puzzle, a digital scavenger hunt, crafts, face painting, and a fun, game show-like presentation of species survival strategies for winter.
