Mobile Banking Update

Update on Mobile Bill Pay:

Bill Pay on MyResourceBank Mobile will be added on Monday, September 23rd

  • If you are a current user of Bill Pay, your recurring payments and payee information will automatically transfer to the new app.  However, your history of payments will not transfer. 
  • Action Required: If you would like to download your Bill Pay payment history, you will need to access Bill Pay on internet banking before Friday, September 20th and follow the steps below:

How to Download Your Bill Pay Payment History:

  1. Log in to internet banking on ResourceBank.com.
  2. Click on the "Bill Pay" tab.  Bill Pay button image
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the "Payments" page and click "View History."  View history button image
  4. Use the "Search Filter" button to adjust the displayed payments.  Search filter button image
  5. Click "Print" to print or save your payment history.  Print button image

 

With the new Bill Pay updates, there will be an upgrade in the way the checks are debited from your account.  Previously, when a payment was made through Bill Pay, it was either sent via an ACH payment or a check was mailed to the recipient.  Either way, the amount of the payment was immediately debited from your account.  However, with the new update, if the payment will be sent via check, the payment will not be debited to your account until the check is actually cashed by the recipient.  This allows the added benefit of knowing exactly if, and when, your payment was received by the recipient.
